Patients may always use Visa or MasterCard to charge the cost of their
procedure. Depending on your personal situation, this may be a viable
alternative to paying cash or financing the procedure.

Chase Health Advance Patient Financing
A subsidiary of Chase Health Advantage, the patient financing division
specializes in providing low cost loans to people undergoing cosmetic
medical procedures. Since Chase Health Advance is not a bank and because
Chase Health Advance understands
the very personal nature of these types of procedures, there are never
any embarrassing or probing questions. Chase Health Advance believes you will find our
process so quick and simple you will wonder why everyone doesn't use it.
Thousands of doctors every day have patients who use our services,
because we do make it simple. I.L.H.T. is enrolled in the Chase Health
Advance program.
And because of our longstanding association, patients are not asked to
complete lengthy credit applications, nor do they need to produce income
tax statements or even W-2s. There is never any inconvenience or delay
processing your personal request.
Once you complete a simple half page form, it is faxed directly to the
Chase Health Advance office. They provide an Instant Fast Track Decision so you can
confidently schedule your procedure appointment at the time of your
initial consultation. Since this is a private loan, it will not affect
your credit cards. Your ability to meet future emergencies using your
regular credit will continue without interruption. Chase Health Advance offers complete
privacy. No one except yourself and your physician will ever know what
procedure was charged and how much it cost.
Low Payments
Chase Health Advance monthly payments are among the lowest offered anywhere. Their
interest rates compare favorably to credit card rates. Rates are higher
than a home mortgage, for example, because medical procedures are not
supported by collateral. There is no asset of recoverable value pledged
to guarantee the loan. Therefore, while rates are lower than some types
of credit, they are necessarily higher than others.
No Penalty For Prepayment
Your loan may be paid early, either in part or in full, to save interest
charges. You may do this at any time and in any amount, without red tape
or authorization.
Payments May Be Extended Up To Five Years
Your payments may be made over any period up to five years in duration.
Your payment schedule may be shortened or lengthened (up to the five
years) at any time at the patient's option.
